Amazon Simple Storage Service - Notes - 04 - Lifecycle Management

AWS > Storage > Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3):

Notes of S3 Lifecycle Management:
1. Can be used in conjunction with versioning.
2. Can be applied to current versions and previous versions.
3. Following actions can now be done:
    3a: Transition to the Standard - Infrequent Access Storage Class (30 days after the creation date.)
    3b: Archive to the Glacier Storage Class (30 days after IA, if relevant)
4. Permanently Delete
